I had my first appointment with Joy on Monday. I purchased a package of 3 sessions through Groupon. I totally love Joy! I'm there to relax and de-stress. Joy is REAL. The room and sheets are clean. The aroma in the room is very relaxing. Joy ask questions to make the session more beneficial to me. She was responsive to my questions. I was looking for "just a massage" but I felt real healing. That's what she does! I've already booked my next 2 appointments. I can't wait to go back. I need more Joy!

No it's not a fake review, I had a 10a appointment with you 'Joy' yesterday Feb. 1. First you answered the door to us and did not introduce yourself or even say hello...need I continue? Wet sheet, overuse of oil, I had to ask your name, you did not share ahead of time that I needed to undress, not relaxing, the room was cold... You may want to start responding to negative feedback in a more professional way. I found the whole experience unprofessional. Kindness and courteous go a very long way, it can make up for wet sheets and heat issues. Overall bad energy. I was there to relax after the loss of a loved one, you being 'thrown off' by your dryer catching fire although upsetting, should not have effected our experience. You could have easily called and asked us to reschedule.
