This yoga studio is clearly a community, and I love that. The instructors are great and the front desk staff is so helpful and kind. I really enjoyed my classes with Jacoby and Carly! The sculpt class is not my favorite - I thought it would have more of a yoga base than it actually does. They definitely can be a little pushy with selling, however, they actually helped me save a little bit of money and get two extra classes, so I appreciated that! Looking forward to continuing my practice here!

YogaSix was a wonderful experience for me. I'm an advent 5k walker and for the most part, I'm in pretty good shape. I was a guest of my daughter. The experience was a great awaking for my body, my muscles and overall mental health. I would highly recommend YogoSix for anyone who desire to be in overall good health. Sho was a wonderful instructor who was very thorough in explaining not only the temperature of the room, but each tecnique taught, emphasizing the " why" as well as the affects of each and every breath and movement. YogaSix get 4 stars from a 60 plus boomer. Great Experience

Highly recommend YogaSix Hyde park! From the time you come in for your session, during the session and afterwards everything was smooth, tranquil, and just exceeded my expectations. I’ve taken 2 classes here thus far and both of them I would recommend including the instructors.
