Now featruing a private bathroom with temperature control shower amenties and a jet tub. I love the addtion of the tradtional cedar sauna and unique sound bed. Best cold plunge I've experienced in a wellness center. The infrared sound therapy sauna helps me rebalance from the seasonal changes.

I recently visited the Automated Wellness Spa for a solo session and what a treat! It was clean, modern, and such a unique experience. I tried the sound bed for the first time ever and it was absolutely incredible there are no words to describe it! I really enjoyed the sauna with the added chromeotherapy lights and the massage chair was much more pleasant than I thought it would be. I was enjoying my time so much that I messaged Keith to extend 30 minutes and he gladly obliged. I will definitely be back and highly recommend AWC!

Ahhh, I was looking for an easy day to pamper myself after a long, hard 2024 and holiday season, and this was the best! It was all very well arranged and efficient in a homey, cozy environment. I had a full range of equipment to choose from. I did the full circuit of sound bed (which was amazingly meditative and relaxing!), then infrared sauna, massage chair, hot tub, and regular sauna. I had actually pulled a leg muscle over the holidays and the massage chair was the perfect treatment for it. I went home, had dinner, went to bed at like 8 pm and slept like a baby! Felt like a totally new person by morning. Thank you so much!
