I LOVE evolve. I’ve been around in the wellness community for a few years and Evolve managed to snag all of my favorite teachers in the area! From yoga to sound baths, familiar faces all around. I love Diana’s Kundalini Yoga, Karen’s candle light stretch, and Doug’s hammock/flute classes. The salt cave is so fun! The other offerings, like the float spa, dry float spa, soqi bed, etc are amazing too. The space is so relaxing and welcoming! I love the vegan cafe too!! Great meals post yoga!

As a business owner & yogi, I truly appreciate how much thought and good vibes went into this space. Every yoga prop, fixture, and wellness room was carefully considered and designed. I loved the sound bath in the silks, and the fact they have yoga sessions both early morning and in the evening. The app is easy to navigate so you can quickly book a last minute class. If you’re busy but want a place to decompress in the Salt Lake area, this is it. Grab a guilt free meal after your session at the Vegan Cafe - 5 stars all around. Thank you!!!

I've only been twice so far and there are few words to describe this place. I'll try though. Beautiful. Welcoming. Comfortable. Relaxing and thoughtfully designed. Every corner of this place is beautiful and they make you feel at home. I am so great on this place and I cannot wait to go through all of the experiences here over and over again. I absolutely love that they offer you first experience at a half price to see if you like it. The dry float, the wet float and the Salt Cave are all sensational. I am so impressed so far. Then there is the Rainbow Cafe.... Oh my gosh! I just had the best coffee and the BEST avacado toaat of my life! Wow!
