I have done sessions with both Seattle and Kevin. Let me just say they are both VERY talented and educated in what they do. Seattle I have done multiple hypnotherapy sessions with which have impacted my life tremendously. I can say that she always made me feel safe to share even the deepest of feelings without feeling judgement. She was able to walk with me through my traumas with ease and helped me come to a resolution with so much of my stuff. My gratitude for her is immeasurable! Kevin, I have been to multiple breath sessions with. He is always such a powerful facilitator in what he does. The only full body kundalini experiences happened in his class. Always pushing you to go further without feeling like you absolutely need to. He allows you to go at your own pace while making sure you are comfortable and safe in your experience. Experienced Kevin’s guided breath work at a healing event I attended. I was pregnant at the time and my baby was reacting to the breathwork in a really cool way. We also had our other three children with us and Kevin and his partner (I sadly cannot remember her name) were wonderful at encouraging the kids to participate and helping them to do the breath work properly. Overall it was a lovely experience and we would definitely do it again. We all left feeling calm, peaceful, and rejuvenated.

We did a group breath work/ hypnotherapy session at a beautiful park. Everyone who attended was welcoming and chill. During the meditation, I was guided into a deep state of relaxation & furthermore into a multidimensional outer body experience. The practitioners created a space for me to reflect an heal on a subconscious level. By the end of the breath work, my whole awareness was vibrating. It was a whole entire natural high that amplified all my experience during and after the meditation. I highly recommend seeking their services. It can be life transformative & powerful.
