Took a break from my daughter’s dance competition and visited Purify Wellness Center with a few other dance moms. I didn’t think sound therapy would work on me, but it was amazing—I actually felt the stress leave my body. The salt room helped me breathe easier, and the whole place has such a calm, peaceful vibe. Left feeling totally refreshed. Highly recommend!
I love the salt cave at Purify Wellness. I come all the way from northern Utah. We did a sound bath in the salt cave and the sound waves and vibrations were awesome!! I love all the different modalities used for the session. Great job! I will be back many times in the future.
I love purify. I’ve been going there for yoga for a little over a year now. Jeff and Josh are my favorite instructors!
