Kat and Lauren are magical humans. I started attending sound baths with them, and when the opportunity opened up to attend a Yoga/sound bath/meditation retreat with them in Mexico- the pull was too strong to ignore and I had to go. Zero regrets. The experience was life altering, transformative and restorative- and the space they both held for me and the others will be something I’ll carry in my heart forever. ❤️🇲🇽🧘‍♀️

Won Best soundbath for a reason! Lauren and Kat are truly the most incredible humans. They make everyone feel welcome, and let you be silent if you so choose. Everyone is accepted here in the most wonderful way. Update: Went on a retreat to Mexico with them and it was truly the most incredible, jam packed, delightful week of all time. Literally cannot wait to join them on future retreats.

Kat and Lauren are some of the most intuitive, nurturing, and kind humans I have had the pleasure to cross paths with. To know them is to love them. I initially met them both at a retreat where they honored the group with the most transcendent sound bath I’ve ever experienced. They have such magnetic personalities that I’ve found myself being drawn back again and again to interact with and receive their healing gifts. Their equinox events are pure magic, and I make it a priority to attend them whenever possible. I recently had been dealing with some personal challenges and felt called to reach out to Lauren and Kat for a reiki session. Kat was SO accommodating and fit me in the very next day. First- their space is the coziest, safest cocoon of love and light and I instantly felt at peace as soon as I walked in the door. Kat and I talked through what the session would be like and what had drawn me to reiki, and after only a minute or two of chatting I could literally feel my physical body let out a heavy sigh of relief. I felt so seen, heard, and held. The actual reiki session was DEEPLY healing, so relaxing and restorative. My energy felt so fluid and so much lighter! Kat then shared some insights from our session, and I was absolutely floored and so touched by her intuitive abilities. Lauren and Kat are truly chicken soup for the soul and if you ever have the opportunity to work with either, your life will be seriously impacted for the better!
