I have had several foot zones and an ionic detox! The experience is amazing every time. I love working with Beth to not only get insight into my basic health but also what blockages/feelings I am holding on to that is the cause of issues with my body. Just experienced the new cold plunge & red-light sauna package at Evolutioary Welless and it was incredible. I am a seasoned cold plunger and this was by far the most relaxing and zen session I have ever done. Beth leaves no detail to chance, the space is cozy and inviting, the music was relaxing, the temperatures were spot on and the amazing essential oil infused mist just topped it off perfectly.
