I went to a sound bath here last fall with a friend— my first sound bath experience. It was a wonderful, refreshing, expansive experience. Spiritual and connecting. I loved it so much i wanted to share the experience with my family and friends. So, I booked a private sound bath for us all to enjoy together. We filled the room and it was lovely. Would totally recommend! I am looking forward to more sessions in the future.

I experienced my ever first sound bath here a couple weeks ago. I’ve never really been into this sort of thing, dismissing it as “new age fluff” but I’m happy to say that this place changed my mind! I had an amaaaazing experience during the sound bath session I attended. During the experience, I could feel the vibrations of the instruments vibrating through my body, almost giving me the wobbly feeling of being on a boat. It was interesting to see the imagery that my mind conjured while my eyes were closed and I was immersed in sound. It sounds weird, I know, but I saw the color blue in my mind’s eye and pictured moving water in the form of waterfalls and waves crashing onto a shore quite a bit. Not only was it a beautiful experience during but it left me feeling physically lighter and mentally clearer than I did before. It honestly felt like I had just received a full body massage without ever being touched. I don’t understand it, but my body responded in a very visceral and profound way and I can’t wait to do it again. At the end of the session, the owner of the establishment actually told us a story about how he started this company. He lost his hearing as an adult and found healing comfort in sound. It just got me thinking about sound in a way that I never have before! How profound it is that a person with hearing loss can still celebrate sound and use the power of sound/vibration to then go on and help his community heal? Thank you for creating this amazing space.

Laura and Sebastian are beautiful, compassionate and talented souls. We have bought instruments, candles, stones, and decorations from their store. And have attented an Equinox Sound Bath. We have loved everything about this place. We are so glad Davis County has a sacred serene energy center for all to enjoy.
