Sophie’s Healing Haven is a beautiful, warm, and inviting space. I recently had a Mixed Reiki and Sound Healing session with Szilvia. Szilvia is one of those rare people that you don't often come across. Not only is she a very gifted healer, but she is also genuine, nurturing, and extremely generous with her time and energy. I have never tried Reiki before seeking out Szilvia and did not have too many expectations. I am not sure how it works, but I can say for sure that it did wonders for me, for my chronic insomnia, and for my overall healing and recovery from a major illness and surgery.
