I’ve also enjoyed transformative Reiki healing sessions with Laura, whose calming energy and intuitive guidance have helped me find balance and clarity. Had the most amazing and relaxing massage from Amanda! I explained that I have a really bad neck and she catered the massage to my needs. It was exactly what I needed and left feeling super relaxed and calm. The staff is all very friendly and kind. Not to mention the place is so charming and welcoming. The rooms are very spacious and everything was very clean. I will definitely be back to try their other services. So happy to have a place like this in my neighborhood!

I had a massage right after attending the Saturday sound bath today and it was perfect! I was so relaxed and able to fully enjoy the massage. The massage therapist was excellent and worked on the areas that I told her needed a little more attention. The spa is such a lovely space and feels super welcoming and cozy.
