World class plunge pool fits multiple people so you can chat with your friends and make the time go by faster. Saltwater hot tub & infrared saunas are top of the line. I had never plunged before and they truly made it such an enjoyable experience here. Definitely adding this to my routine, I felt amazing after the contrast therapy session. the owner Dion has an amazing story and is one of the kindest friendliest people ever. We came with a group and everyone had such a great time. Dion and team were educating us on the benefits— if you need a reason to go, there are SO MANY. Excellent for your body, mind and spirit.
