I’ve done several harmonic egg sessions at Ginger Root Wellness. Dr. Sheffield Is exceptionally knowledgeable and personable. The facilities are first class, and I have enjoyed my experience with the harmonic egg and felt the benefits from the sessions.

I had the pleasure of experiencing my first session in the Harmonic Egg today and it was exquisite! The whole process was throughly facilitated (thanks to the lovely people at Ginger Root Health & Wellness) and deeply nourishing. The Sound/Light frequencies were chosen to fit my particular goals, and the deep relaxation afforded by the comfort and resonance of the egg was impeccable. Highly recommend!!

My Harmonic Egg experience was ethereal. I was a little concerned I might feel claustrophobic but there was a lot of room inside the chamber and I felt very comfortable. After being guided to the anti-gravity chair and given a soft blanket, the music came on and I was surrounded by the harmonic sounds that created a sense of well being and comfort. I could feel my body calm and it was like there was no room for other thoughts, just the downregulation of the nervous system by the music. It was the deepest relaxation and sense of well being that I've ever experienced. I highly recommend the Harmonic Egg.
