I have been to casa de prana three times. And every time I have felt so much healing. It is well worth going here and exploring your healing journey. David and Carolee are amazing people who truly care about helping people who are ready and open to receiving the help and healing. They are such amazing people. I would give this 100 stars but that option doesn’t exist. But it does in my mind when it comes to their services. If you are not sure about it, read this review, definitely go and check it out. You will not regret it. Go with an open mind and receive the gift of healing that you will receive when you are ready and open. I will continue to go back. This is one of the few places in Austin that is serving the bilingual community; where you can find many holistic resources for relaxation, stress relief, and a space to help those who want to take care of their mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. They also offer sound bath and reiki certification, I received my Reiki certification from here and it was great. I definitely recommend anyone who is on the path of healing or just needs some relaxation and stress relief to check them out and discover what they have to offer the community.

My job hosted an event with casa de Prana for an amazing south bath. This is the first time I experienced such a thing, and it was unbelievably relaxing. Super thankful with casa de Prana for helping our bosses spoil us so beautifully.
