Treat yourself to the best self care in town. Austin's best and saltiest salt room, hands down. To your kind staff and super salty air, my sinus allergies thank you. There's always parking available in the back, and availability to come by myself for quiet time or bring the kids for a raucous salty playtime. 10/10 reccomend.

The Austin Salt Room is truly one of my favorite places to unwind and rejuvenate in Austin. Every visit leaves me feeling more relaxed, restored, and revitalized, both physically and mentally. The calming ambiance and unique salt therapy create the perfect environment for relaxation and wellness. In addition to the incredible benefits of the salt therapy, I absolutely love attending yoga sessions there. The combination of yoga and the serene setting enhances my overall sense of peace and well-being. It’s a sanctuary where I can focus on nurturing my body and mind.

Austin Salt Room is such a vibe. Easily my favorite self care routine in town. It’s simple, grounding, and the best reason to drop everything and do *nothing* but enjoy salt and sometimes some tea!
