I had heard of a salt cave a while back and wanted to check it out for a while now. My family and I decided to check our Austin Salt Cave because it was fairly close to us, we'll priced and the staff was really friendly and helpful on the phone while I asked questions. They took my reservation for three so my family would have the room to ourselves, which I really appreciated during this pandemic! The staff was really knowledgeable about the Halotherapy, accomidating, informative and a pleasure to do business with. I suffer from allergies that get worse during the Mountain Cedar season and I felt that I could breath much better after the first session. I felt the pressure in my ears clear up and the drainage from my sinuses allowed me to smell and taste better also. I recommend this place for the treatment and the quality customer service. *Update* I had to update my rating from 4-5 stars because of their customer service and integrity. I "misplaced" my wedding band after our appointment and didn't even realize that it was missing until later that evening when we got home. After looking around for it at home I called Austin Salt Cave (ASC) and inquired about my ring, Kyle took time to check the salt in the cave and didn't find it, but he took down my info and said that they do a deep clean every Sunday. I called back on Monday and Kyle said "I was just about to call you, we found a ring that matches your description in our locker!" (I was so GRATEFUL) "We're holding it here at the office, come by when you can." It's great to know that there are honest people still and that even in these hard times Kyle and the rest of ASC staff, have integrity!

Got a gift card from my sister to try this place out 10/10 I recommend Location beautiful!!! (If u don’t like heights might be a problem lol) Once u pull in go past the grove down the hill Prices reasonable Parking: lots of parking Inside so zen n clean! Big shot out to William for being awesome and making my experience with my grandma wonderful Definitely will be returning If u need a place to unplug from the world n do some holistic healing this is the place
