Absolutely love Rose! She is very knowledgeable about muscles and the body and skilled at relieving pain. She always spends extra time with me to explain what movements and exercises I should be doing to correct the issues I have. Even if that means I wouldn’t need her help anymore! But I would still go for a relaxing massage or facial 🙂 I can’t wait to train mobility and strength with Jo in the fitness studio!

I booked a facial with Samirah and I had the BEST experience ! She is very knowledgeable, told me things I didn’t know about my skin and walked me through everything she was doing. Salon was very clean, smelled good, and overall had great energy! I will be coming back and booking a massage with Rose as well. Highly recommend you check out this place if you want the best facial in Austin!

I have regular massages at Apex Bodyworks with Rose. She is stellar. She is so in tune with my body (and my body is a mess--I have extensive nerve damage in my foot and I have CRPS [Complex Regional Pain Syndrome] and my chronic pain changes by the day; sometimes by the minute). She is sensitive and careful with my pain but also aware of when and how I need to be "pushed" a little. My overall pain levels and stress levels have decreased since working with Rose. She's also just such a good person all around. I highly recommend getting Rose's hands on your body. You'll be glad you did!
