I took the breathworks workshop with Mackensey Smith and I feel my life changed! I was a different person when I walked out of the studio then when I walked in! I love the whole feel of Delta Groove and can't wait to come back and try Kundalini Yoga! Mackensey said the two owners are absolutely incredible! And the cool guy at the front desk was awesome as well as the girl with her sister and her rainbows in her hair! So sorry can't remember names! Love love love love this place! Wanted to try something new for my friends birthday. We have never ever done this before. It was everything I needed and more. Arielle was so amazing. Her energy and spirit claimed the space we were in. I never knew I needed this. I will be back to experience this again with more friends and family. Why do I love and depend on Delta Groove Yoga with their teachers and staff is........Because of the expertise of the teachers and high quality of yoga classes which are always both consistently superb!!! I have been a member since 2018! I have taken their teacher training program that exceeded all expectations. Their prices are reasonable/affordable especially the Unlimited monthly yoga packages! Delta Groove Yoga was up and running smoothing all through Covid Live Streaming! This was literally a LiFESAVER......and continues to be as I am no longer in Memphis so I obviously rely heavily on their On Screen classes. Forever Grateful!!!!
