Scheels has a great selection of almost anything from socks, shoes, exercise equipment, bikes, and clothing. That is a very short list of all they carry. The store is always very clean. The staff is always warm and welcoming and even more helpful. Scheels is one of the go to stores we visit often. We are able to find the items we need and support local. We don’t prefer to shop online. We have ordered items a few times that weren’t in stock in the size we needed. The staff made the process incredibly easy and convenient. First off I would like to say they buyer for the women’s clothing is absolutely AMAZING. They have something for everyone and it’s not all western wear. I always know I can rely on scheels for last minute buys and friendly staff.(though I know everyone has their days). Unfortunately the shoe department was not so friendly. They continued their conversation (two particularly) while I and others shopped, not breaking to ask if we needed help. It disappoints me as I am someone who has worked many years in retail and know when it’s appropriate to have a conversation and when to pause to help customers. I asked the girl who was stocking shoes to grab me a size, and then she was able to get the guy to go grab them for me. Long story short. Other employees who walked by or were in other departments, were super friendly and at the least just gave a quick smile my way. The cashier was also very kind and polite.

Very cool sports store! We've been wanting to go to one since we saw the 3-story location in IL. They have all the cold gear you could need, ice skates, hockey sticks, snowboards, boots, SUPs, Hokas, Olukai shoes & sandals, everything! The gun & bow selection was impressive! They also have the best selection of baby to toddler cold gear coats. Wish there were one close to home! Bonus: a bowling alley inside?
