I was greeted with a smiling face and only had to wait less than 5 min in the waiting room The RN “Heather” was pleasant and did not rush through all of the questions. She paid attn. to my comments and was very kind. I saw Dr.Barrett and really liked his manner, concern and he listened thoughtfully to what I had to say. He impressed me with his knowledge and forthrightness. I will be going back again

Very pleased with the service and treatment received today. I got in right away, both for labs and into the exam room. Leah came in immediately just to touch base as labs weren’t done yet. I had to wait for a bit for the results as they were having IT issues (totally out of their control). Great having the Urgent Care in Deadwood!!

I waited very little to get in to see the doctor. Both she and the nurses were quick efficient and knowledgeable. The doctor was caring and interested in what I said. She has wonderful bed side manners and skills. The nurse's are outstanding and the front office staff was courteous and caring. The xray tech was superb also.
