I had participated in sound baths prior to booking a session here. I invited several friends to join me; many of whom had never experienced this before. I was thrilled with how she explained her WHY and the whole process. The invitation was gentle and open and making space for everyone to feel comfortable. The space is warm and inviting. It's elegant, even. Everything is provided to make you feel cozy, relaxed, and at peace. The music played before and after the sound bath was also uplifting and helped to prepare us to be present. This practice is an elevated experience! I really enjoyed it and can't wait to go back! I think this is a wonderful group activity and something that should be shared with a partner, friend, or tribe.

I've experienced sound baths before and I love them, but THIS HERE! Paige put me through it from the second my friend and I walked through the door! There are so many things I could say about the experience, specifically. Your energy, the energy of your space...OOOOO YES! Peace, calm, and everything. I came in needing to be refreshed and uplifted - I needed time and space for me. I left feeling loved, brand new, and completely taken care of through sound.
