I’ve been under care at Ivy for a year now, and my body is so grateful. Honestly, I can’t believe it took me 6 months to follow my wife and kids through the doors… but I am very happy that I did! I travel quite a bit for work, and, prior to Ivy, I would commonly deal with back tightness and the occasional sharp pains down my legs. After only a few months of care from Dr. Kate and team I realized this was gone. I am also much more aware of my posture and breathing (which has NEVER been the case). Overall, I simply feel calmer, more focused, and energized thanks to the team at Ivy! Speaking of the team – they are beyond amazing! So fun, welcoming, and always ready with helpful advice (and they tolerate my dad jokes better than most which is a huge bonus). I’ve been going to Ivy for the past few months, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of compassion and care I’ve received from Dr. Kate and Dr. Jessie. They are absolutely amazing healers. From the very first visit, I knew this wasn’t your standard medical practitioner’s office. Ivy is a mind, body and soul healing experience. They took the time to thoroughly assess my needs, listened to my concerns, and collaboratively developed a treatment plan to attack my migraines, neck pain and posture. There’s no better way to put this than to say that they’ve changed my life. I used to have 3-5 debilitating migraines every month and I’ve only had 1 in the last three months combined.
