This evening I attended a Reiki infused sound Kundalini session, it was EVERYTHING I needed to reset for the Spring Equinox!! As a healer, I’ve been looking for IN PERSON ways to fill my cup and I have definitely found it at Palmetto Yoga, it felt very inclusive and inviting! I’ve been in Columbia for 2 years and I’m happy I found them!! Looking forward to more sessions, as I prepare to take a huge leap with my business and family!!
The Beginners class proved to be a wonderful introduction to the practice of yoga. Christina Terry taught with both deep knowledge and gentle patience. Enabling participants to sample a wide range of courses helped me explore styles and options for continuing yoga. I happily signed up for Beginners 2. High marks in every respect.
