I'm not even sure where to begin with how much I love Zen Den! I have been going to Julia since they were at their old location and she is absolutely incredible at what she does. Whether it be a need to move stagnant energy or just going to see her for a tune up, she will absolutely be able to help you. She always asks if there are any areas you feel like you need to focus on, and holds a safe space for you to be able to process whatever comes up during your session. Couldn't recommend her enough.
