I have just completed my second Active Aging class at NPT. The class involves ten one hour sessions spread over ten weeks. Supervised by the professional staff, participants are put through a varied series of exercises timed to popular music . These exercises are designed to challenge , develop and provide renewed fitness to participants’ , the majority of whom are collecting social security benefits. I am a disabled male, 77 years young . I truly felt stronger and more energized after these classes. Supervision is excellent, providing confidence in the outcomes. I will sign up for my third class in August and find the cost of $250.00 for the full ten weeks to be a real health care value. Doctors, Jorden, Kendal, Liz and Hanna are extremely professional, attentive and entertaining making it fun to gain strength, balance and energy. I highly recommend this program . Edward J Smith

Dr. Jordan, Dr. Dan, and the rest of the team at NPT Healthworks are amazing! They provide individualized care for treating injury, increasing resilience, and recovering well. As a full-time athlete, my schedule is often irregular, but from the very beginning, Jordan and Dan have always found time to work with me and check up regularly on my progress, whether I am in town or on the road. When I am home, I love to use the gym space for my fitness training too - the space is clean and bright with everything I need to keep on top of my routine. NPT Healthworks fosters a welcoming, caring environment that I highly recommend!

NPT Health Works has been fantastic. Originally, I came in with an injury but Dr. Kendall has also helped me manage chronic back and neck issues with great results. She's knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about her patients. Highly recommenend.
