As an overnight baby nurse and postpartum doula, I dedicate my time to supporting families in Rhode Island. While caring for others, it’s been challenging to find a space that prioritizes my own mental and physical well-being—but I’m so grateful to have found one. I’m absolutely obsessed with the workouts that keep me strong and balanced, both physically and mentally. The heated exercise is truly transformative, and the supportive community makes it even better. The instructors are welcoming and attentive, ensuring safe and effective movement. This place has become my happy place, and I can’t recommend it enough!

I tried Mend for the first time today and really liked the experience! Normally I’m very hesitant to do drop in classes at new studios when I’m traveling because usually they end up being disappointing but the class was great! Good music, flow, and instructor (Chrissy). I wish they had smaller packages (5 class vs 10 class) since I’m only visiting.

I went for a drop in class as I heard about this studio through social media. The instructor led us through a great flow and the environment is upbeat and positive. I can’t recommend this studio enough!
