Wow! What an amazing experience in the infrared sauna. Truly epic. Sara, the owner, is inspiring and welcoming. I look forward to my first massage and next sauna session. Update: I had my first massage ever with Jillian Baker and the experience was amazing. Not only did she take the time to understand my specific needs, she was able to bring relief to places I didn't realize needed attention. After two days of back-to-back marathon meetings that made me feel like a human pretzel, I desperately needed someone to unknot me before I fused into my chair permanently. I called around last minute, fully expecting every place to laugh me off the phone—but not Sundance! They worked their scheduling magic and got me in same day. Chris was fantastic—clearly knows his stuff and managed to find muscles I forgot I had. Somewhere between the deep tissue work and me briefly transcending to another dimension, I realized this was exactly what I needed.
