I’ve been in Fabienne’s yoga classes now for 1.5 years, and her class is one of the highlights of my week. She teaches for mind, body, and soul - inspiring wellness and joy. Every class is unique and Fabienne brings humor and positivity to yoga; I leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and stronger. Fabienne’s sound bath healing sessions were a completely new experience for me, and I was fascinated by the variety of instruments she uses and how sound reverberates through our bodies, evoking memories and healing. It was extremely relaxing, and a time of pampering and deep rest. Fabienne has a beautiful way of bringing calm and meditation to a room, encouraging others to be aware of their feelings, be comfortable in their bodies, see beauty in themselves and others, and inspiring a sense of hope, wellness, peace, and joy.

Her gifts helped me in many ways while I was in a really tough season in my life.
