Highly recommend! This shop has so many cute items that are great quality. The incense smells amazing, the crystals are true to size and description, and the roller scents provide much needed aromatherapy (and just smell good overall.$ They even added cute stickers and a few freebies! Unfortunately my Aurora hair spray broke during shipping, but the shop responded to my email promptly & kindly, and they are replacing it as soon as it’s in stock!! Can’t wait to order again.

Got permanent bracelets today, both with charms and had a wonderful experience. It was a quick process overall and we both love our new bracelets. Each of them were about $200 which is a bit high, but hoping they last a long time!

I’ve been going to Rituals for around two years now, and they have some of the kindest staff! Everyone is always so sweet and ready to help. I have been loving the jewelry I’ve got from them, everything there is very high quality (I usually shower with my pieces and nothing has worn). Also, it’s so convenient to get gold plating done next door if anything does wear! The home goods at the shop are always so beautiful, always getting lots of compliments on my candles and coasters!
