I've been to two full moon sound healing sessions at Mishana Yoga & Wellness and have had incredible experiences both times! The practitioners and community are welcoming and warm. The space is cozy, plenty of blankets and bolsters available, additional services offered like reiki and reflexology to enhance your experience, and the dynamic and intentional sounds that are shared from a large variety of instruments that allow you to drop in deep. Sean's passion for music and healing shines through. I left both sessions feeling so relaxed, grounded and lighter - I also slept incredibly afterwards. I'm looking forward to the next one!

I went to a Sound Bath, Yoga & Mini Reiki healing session for the new moon 3.13.25. I've studied reiki independencely but wanted a chance to experience it in person. It by far was one of the most moving experiences that I have ever experienced. Mary is Magical her energy is soft yet POWERFUL and the music literally transcends you to another dimension. Im definitely going back!

This week, I attended my 3rd sound bath @ Mishana and it was amazing! This session was more focused around gongs and the sounds were just beautiful. The atmosphere is so welcoming, and Mary and her sound healers are amazing performers. I love wearing an eye mask while laying on my mat and feeling the sound vibrations. I always leave feeling reinvigorated and calm. Can't wait to go to the next sound bath!
