We had a fantastic experience at Flow Wellness Center today! My 7-year-old son went to create a pendant as a gift for both my wife and my mother. Despite being the only young boy in a room full of adults, the staff was incredibly welcoming, patient, and encouraging throughout the entire process. They made him feel completely at ease, and he had a great time. The pendant he created (attached is the one for my mother) is absolutely beautiful — a true reflection of the high-quality work and support offered here. He left feeling proud, happy, and already excited to return for another project. Thank you to the Flow Wellness team for making this such a memorable and positive experience for him. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a creative, friendly, and uplifting environment!

The somatic yoga was unlike any class I’ve taken. I moved in new ways and felt freedom and energy. I left buzzing. The instructor is really gifted and the music was energetically grounding and perfect. The space is cozy and feels special and inviting. I will definitely be back!

My second time here after I was able to use a free coupon. Loved the session. Even though it wasn't on a full moon night like the first free coupon session, I still loved it all the same. The session was different as the full moon one, but the energy felt just as wonderful. Would do again for sure!
