This is a really special studio. I highly recommend exploring these breathwork sessions. I attend Felicia's class (Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough Experience) on a regular basis. This is where I started my healing journey. All the instructors are wonderful and make you feel safe and comfortable.
I took a Qu Gong class from Iris at 11:30 on Sunday. It was amazing! She is very knowledgable and guided us through extensive breath-work and body movements allowing chi to travel throughout the body. I highly recommend taking Iris’s class!
This studio is very warm and comfortable. I had a great experience at a group breath work class. I walked out with some fresh perspective feeling lighter and reconnected to my community.
