Laura was a wonderful practitioner of her art. She was so considerate of my condition and was excellent at communicating with me before and while I was on the table. The staff, starting with Yvonne, were pleasant and welcoming. I felt such relief that I purchased a 3 session package with Laura. I'm looking forward to my return to the Blue Buddha 💙 Lastly, the massage room I was in was so serene and calming! Kate Freese (proprietor) has done an amazing job with making the Blue Buddha a warm and healing sanctuary!

This was my first time at BB Yoga Studio, and Bea made it a truly amazing experience. Her class offered the perfect blend of strength, stretch, mindfulness, and breath—everything you could want from a well-rounded yoga practice. Bea brought such warm, uplifting energy to the space that I immediately wanted to return for another class. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive to all levels, offering thoughtful cues and modifications that helped me feel supported and confident throughout. I left feeling grounded, energized, and completely refreshed.
