With Anya’s help, I was able to better identify and address the roots of what was causing my distress. It was evident after even the first session how effective hypnotherapy with Anya can be. She did a wonderful job of listening to what was going on for me, finding the connections between current and past events, and helping to dismantle the framework I had created to protect myself but which was ultimately holding me back. Anya has created a warm, welcoming, inclusive space to meet and hold sessions in. I felt comfortable being there and sharing all my troubles from the very start. I had never experienced anything like hypnotherapy before going to see Anya and didn’t know what to expect. What I found has been very calming and an opening of perspective on my inner workings.
