As a recent graduate of Laura's Crystal Bowl Immersion Sound Bath Training, I have to personally say that the experience was beyond my expectations. Laura has such a calming, grounding presence in how she prepares the space and in the depth of her experience and teachings. I loved that we had so much hands-on-training in class, were offered feedback from Laura and our peers, in addition to receiving morning guided in meditation. I walked away more confident and ready to take the next steps in this beautiful practice.
