Customer Reviews

I attended a 3-day workshop with Jeff and Erika and was blown away by how comprehensive and meaningful the NeuroMeditation theory is. It effectively connects the many variations of spiritual tradition with clear categories of modern practice, showing the specific neuroscience results (EEG graphs and all) of different meditation techniques. It's incredibly helpful in understanding the meditation landscape and finding your own individual practice

Jeff explains the science behind meditation and takes you from theory to application. It really helped me become a better therapist and guide meditations for my patients, tailored to their needs. Jeff has an open and fun teaching style, and I have enjoyed every class!

I have nothing but praise for Dr. Jeff Tarrant and his team at NMI! Their protocols for brain training are exceptional and produce real results. I have been using them for years in my practice, for both in person and online (at-home) training for my clients. Dr. Tarrant's book, "Meditation Interventions to Rewire the Brain" is an excellent introduction...I highly recommend the Neuromeditation Institute practitioner training as well to expand your neurofeedback practice.
