Tried out the Longevity Lounge at Longevity Effect and loved it! I did the cold plunge—started with 2 minutes and worked up to 5 by my last visit. The room is super clean and has everything you need: shower, shampoo, towels, even a tripod if you want to record your plunge. The office is super relaxing, and the staff is awesome—so friendly and helpful, from the doctor to the front desk. And the pups there are a bonus. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re looking to reset and recharge!
