Gwyn Davis is a very knowledgeable and wonderful instructor. The class environment was so positive and informative. I learned a great deal in natural ways of improving my total wellbeing. A great experience in connecting with yourself and others.

Gwyn taught a very informative class in a very professional way. She is easy to talk to and if your don't understand, she will review it technique again. She takes what she teaches very seriously and wants to be sure its understood. The studio was clean and easy to find. Parking was a bit scarce but not a big issue. Overall, My experience was great and I look forward to taking more classes in the future. Thanks again 🙂

I give the 8 Barbades class and instructor, Gwynn Davis, five stars. Although I had to miss the first week due to having the flu, the remaining five weeks of the class was amazing. The instructor was patient and very knowledgeable about the topic. I love the fact that she provided a video which was a tremendous help in helping me catch up and cultivate a daily routine because I’m one of those people that take a little extra long to learn something before I catch it. I love the breath, work techniques that she taught us. The class provided an opportunity for me to connect with other like-minded individuals.
