I've never been through body work but was recommended to visit after I injured my shoulder. Even after one session my shoulder was in much better condition. Kayla provides thoughtful care directed to what you need. I have committed to receiving her services monthly because of how much better I feel in my body. My posture, movements, and overall feeling are always put into a peaceful and rehabilitated equilibrium after each session. Could not give a higher recommendation to visit and use her service whether recovering from an injury or simply looking to start feeling as one with yourself.

cannot speak highly enough of Kayla! she is incredibly intuitive, keenly observant, and very skillful in her work. she seems to have developed a very smooth and efficient way of locating places in the body and aura that are "asking for attention", as she puts it, and giving them the space to come forward and be seen. i had a multi-faceted session request (physical body work, energetic body work, and insight into a couple areas of my life) and she synthesized it all so beautifully with multiple therapeutic modalities. her insights are sharp and on-point, AND i love the way she communicates what she is seeing in a neutral way so as to allow me to form my own perspective based on my own intuition and inner truth. she is excellent at maintaining healthy boundaries in that she offers what she sees but reminds you that ultimately you're the one who knows you best, and to take what she offers back to your own internal authority to make your own decisions. she offered to send me her notes she'd written for our session so i can review them in the days and weeks to come, which i'm excited about as i begin the process of reflection and integration. i would recommend Kayla to anyone.
