This training embodied everything I was looking to get out of a teacher training. Ozzie does an incredible job learning about her students strengths and weakness and giving them exactly what they need based on that. Ozzie takes so much pride in making sure that you understand the history of where yoga truly comes from and how it can benefit anyone. Ozzie has brought knowledge from all over the world into her training to make sure you understand the vastness of the yoga world. This training pushed me to my limits mentally, emotionally, and physically but Ozzie was always there to offer me the exact support I needed to break through the challenge and come out on top. I am grateful for the devotion Ozzie has had to her practice, education, and vision to unite light workers. I came out of this training feeling powerful and confident to go out into this world and share this beautiful practice. Thank you Ozzie for the great memories. I will continue to support The Wellness of Oz and I hope that everyone gets a chance to experience this incredible training or one of her retreats!

Throughout the pandemic I found Ozzie's yoga classes online and they were an absolute god send for me, not only for my fitness but also for my mental health. I joined the group classes indoors and when the sun was shining I joined them from the garden. I was actually in the best shape of my life and need to get back to doing daily yoga with the Wellness of oz as Ozzie and her teachers are firm but caring so they push you at your personal pace which I love.

I’ve been coming to this studio for a year, and it’s fantastic. This is a wonderful community and I am blessed to be a part of it. I went on my first wellness retreat with this studio last year. Ozzie is great at what she does and pics the most beautiful destinations! She offers a variety of wellness classes (not just yoga) that helps the community with physical, spiritual, and emotional wellness.
