Warm, inviting environment and lovely people! My first class was the empower yoga class taught by Kaitlin, my body feels amazing from the class! Highly recommend this place for any one interested in yoga or other healing practices. Great community atmosphere, and perfect if bigger yoga studios are intimidating to start practicing yoga, whether you’re a beginner or seasoned yogi! Looking forward to more time spent at OP!
