This was my very first time experiencing a sound bath, and I wasn’t quite sure what to expect but I’m so glad I do. From the moment the tones began, I felt my body gently begin to release tension I didn’t even realize I was holding. The vibrations from the crystal bowls seemed to wash over me, creating a sense of deep calm and clarity. By the end of the session, I felt lighter mentally, emotionally, and physically. I felt a reset. I would definitely recommend this to anyone curious about energy healing or simply in need of a restorative experience. I’m already looking forward to another experience.

My session with Jay was necessary, and meaningful. He and his own energy, helped me become aware of just how much energy I’ve been holding onto, and how heavy it has truly been - some of it deeply buried - and gently brought it to the surface. It was emotional, intentional, and what I needed. This was the start of a much-needed process of release and healing for me, and I’m grateful to have had his healing energy and intention, as well as guidance, where mine has been lacking and depleted lately. I feel like I gave myself a hug, and so did he… and my energy needed that reminder of “home in oneself”. I’ll definitely be back. ❤️
