I was lucky enough to have Rita Abdallah as a counselor, therapist, and life coach. Through her practices and insight I maintained, and continue to the work, healthier relationships with those around me as well as myself. I was given text(s) (i.e. Jessica Baum - Anxiously Attached), practice/routine, and time to navigate my emotions. She ensured my comfortability within each session yet challenged me to dive a bit deeper into the feeling(s) I may have and why. I always left our sessions feeling heard, seen, and motivated. I feel that I would not have been able to reach my goals without the consistent and professional help from Rita. She was/is always able to break inner concepts down for better understanding while adding further practice for myself to remain accountable and present in my own life. Her insight and practice(s) allowed me to further understand the importance of self-talk, self understanding, and boundary setting. I am more than thankful for Rita and the time she listened and shared with me. I truly cannot express the gratitude I feel for the safe space she provided with each session. She allowed me to explore my goals, confidence, self understanding, and the true aspirations within my life. Rita has influenced my life and thought processes greatly. Rita is such a warm and caring person who exudes peace as well as great passion for what she does. I have attended the Sound Baths as well as a consultation and the experiences were amazing. While facing a scary diagnosis, among severe pain about a year ago - I met Rita Abdallah. She was speaking on Joy, at an event I had the pleasure of attending. A couple weeks later, I decided to reach out to her for a bit of personal work. I desperately needed to gain weight, and maintain it. But first, I needed to get a grasp on my whole health, and the "intractable pain" I was desperately trying to understand. Rita was such a blessing to my healing journey, gave me resources to check out, and even checked in with me a few hours after our first session. The way I see it: Rita helped me break open the shell I was so great at hiding behind. My healing journey began as soon as I walked into my first session with her. One specific practice I truly believe has had the most impact on my life was when she had me get on the table. The energy work on specific areas that I hold the most pain, she found without me telling her. Places I thought had resolved with physical therapy, was still nagging and pulling energy out of me. A lot of aha moments, and clarity came from my work with Rita. Rita helped me get my energy back. Rita has an impeccable response time to every email or text I have sent her. Her ability to touch on each person's life as she speaks to a room full of people, is a gift not many have. Rita is a beautiful person, and a healer to many.
