Pura Vida Wellness Studio, what a wonderful treasure I have found!! Today I experienced Yin yoga and sound with Kristi Fuller. What a special time of healing, gentle movement and peace! The people who attend are welcoming and oh so loving! If you are looking to heal and restore peace to your soul, surround yourself with kindness, you need to check out this studio!

I attended a soundbath held by Pura Vida this summer at the park and LOVED it. I reached out to Erica to do a private event at my home and she did not disappoint!! We did some yoga for the first half and did the sound bath for the second half. Everyone was so impressed by her talents and had a great time (even the newbie yogies)! If you want a different type of gathering with your friends, this is so unique and memorable.. do it!

I just had a deep tissue massage with Ellis. Wow. Ellis managed to get all the tension out of spots in my body that I was clinging too. I will be spending a lot more time on their table! Thank you! I also just love the vibe at Pura Vida. It’s such a cozy intimate space. Love to Erika and Michaela for understanding the assignment.
