I've used their counseling services and joined as a member for the yoga studio. Both have been wonderful, enlightening and invigorating to my life and wellness. I immediately felt welcome and accepted, every person and teacher has been kind and amazing. I can't recommend this place enough!

Had a great experience here, enjoying the Soundbath Meditation, led by Marcy. The yoga space allowed an easy to relax atmosphere. Marcy’s natural talent of using several tools for sound really made for a great time. She offers a genuine deep relaxing style and was an awesome experience from start to finish
