Just had a fantastic set of sessions at Zenning! Love the Salt Cave and the infrared sauna. Great people, great facilities. Leaving relaxed and at peace in a way I haven’t felt in a long while. Highly recommend

I discovered Zenning by going to an event at Belltower Brewing. I'm commited to rediscovering good health this year and thought it would be fun to try a sound bath. Let me tell you, it was everything I needed it to be and more! All the special equipment I needed -- but didn't know I'd need because I'd never used it before -- was provided. The Yin Yoga was easy to perform and very well explained. The emphasis was on finding what was right for me and my body and I felt 100% safe in my exploration. The sound bath was amazing. The different vibrations and frequencies truly drowned out all the thoughts and worries in my brain and put my mind and body in a state of calm that I haven't felt in years. I look forward to exploring more services and classes at Zenning and highly recommend!
