Numerous yoga workshops offered by Studio 108 have inspired my yoga teaching career and kept me current with new thinking and techniques. Important to me have been remote access and the truly high quality of instruction & leadership. Ann Ondrey's anatomy workshops have been consistently well documented & highly enjoyable!

Wow! This was a soul touching, physically enlivening experience. I just immersed myself in my first Restorative Sound Bath session at Studio 108 with Tracy Rhinehart. From relaxing body positions the musical vibrations reached into my whole being moving the particles and energy within. I felt an incredible heat in some parts of my body.
