I was referred here by a wonderful nurse at Riverside Hospital for some Occipital Nerve pain in my neck and head. So far I’m loving the Accupuncture treatments from Rita. I leave there so relaxed, it is amazing. It is definitely helping and I’ve only been two times. Absolutely a gem of a place.

The place was spotless, and everyone was very welcoming. It was my first accupuncture visit, and I was cautiously optimistic about how it would go. The process wasn’t the least bit painful - in fact, it was soothing, and I dozed off almost immediately. I sought treatment for insomnia, neuropathy of the feet, and knee pain. One treatment has already given me amazing results. My knees feel much better, I can easily wiggle and spread my toes, and I slept clear through the night - the first time in weeks. I’m excited to see how much improvement will occur with subsequent visits!

I love Urban Acupuncture so much! The staff are incredibly friendly and made me feel super supported and comfortable. The space is great, very relaxing, and I never feel rushed. I'm so grateful to have found this gem!
