I had such a wonderful experience in the sound room—it was everything I needed to unwind and reset. The atmosphere was incredibly calming, with soft lighting and soothing tones that made it easy to relax almost instantly. The session felt thoughtfully designed, allowing me to fully disconnect and be present. I also really appreciated that the pricing was fair (MUCH cheaper than the Dayton area) and easily accessible, making it worth traveling for. What an absolutely transformative experience! I have never been to a sound bath and this was such an amazing, relaxing, and introspective journey. I could not recommend this highly enough! Everything was explained in such great detail about how the body works and it really set everything up for what we were about to experience.
