Spent the day with my boyfriend and from the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was calm and inviting. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome right away. The facilities were clean, beautifully designed, and added to the overall peaceful vibe. During our treatments, we spent some time in the lounge area, sipping tea, eating strawberries and feeling totally refreshed.

I booked the 2 hour day pass and had a wonderful and relaxing experience! The sauna and steam room are spacious, kept at a perfect temperature, and are fragrant with eucalyptus. The cold plunge afterward was invigorating. All of the amenities are there to get ready to start your day when you’re ready to head out. The staff was all kind and helpful. I definitely recommend this spot. The experience is a perfect way to start your day!

Beautiful and very peaceful space to disconnect and recharge! The low lighting and music created a wonderful serene ambiance. The space is kept very clean. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. The complimentary cucumber water and hot herbal tea was a nice touch. Locker room had was equipped with everything you could need during and after your session. I highly recommend for sauna and cold plunge lovers. I also attended one of their sound bath classes and I recommend it as well! Awesome facility with multiple healing modalities.
